VISION: 4/5
I always love seeing other people's interpretations of the character. Luna is one of my "top 3s", characters to whom I relate on a personal level. It could be cool to have more whimsical props, just to give it that extra quirk! I do love this so much. It's so nice to see love of the series, and the different ways fans interpret the characters.
ORIGINALITY: 4/5
I feel like it's missing a hint of who you are as a person. That may be due to the downcast eyes, but it would be nice to see more of your facial expression as you read the magazine. Other than that, great job bringing Luna to life!
TECHNIQUE: 3/5
Details: Kudos on creating the feeling of being in a Hogwarts courtyard. The small details like: the glasses on top of the head, the upside down Quibbler, and the slight curl in the hair really bring forward the character of Luna.
The Quibbler: whether you made it, or you bought it, this really makes the whole thing come together.
Perspective: If you updated this cosplay, and did some photos again, I would suggest sitting at a 1/4 turn, with your eyes lifting gently over the page. This would help capture your entire costume, as well as give the notion that Luna were talking to someone. It would also help us see the expression on your face! Give us more context of a scene, rather than just a straight on perspective.
Uniform: Though you are emulating the movie Luna, I would suggest updating the costume to include both a standard wizards cap and a Ravenclaw robe. It would give the feeling of being at Hogwarts, while offering it's own magic to the photo.
